Physical Symptoms:
BL tight upper traps/lev. scap.
BL weak thoracic extensors - slight kyphosis.
BL inhibited rhomboids
BL tight SCM & scalenes.
BL tight & weak hamstrings
Weak rectus abdominis
After treatment advice:
Improve muscle strength - Hamstrings/abdominals/ back extensors/lats & rhomboids
Stretch neck side flexors and rotators
Stretch pec major

L Lumbar erectors very tight; extending into L intercostals.
L QL region has a big rock-hard knot.
R anterior spinal/pelvic rotation -
R Q.L. rotated forward so deep to access, also hard & knotty.
R thoracic erectors very tight.
L levator scap. very tight.
After treatment advice:
Spinal twists turning upper body/lower body R x 2 for counter rotation
L Lumbar erectors very tight; extending into L intercostals.
L QL region has a big rock-hard knot.

After treatment advice:
Spinal twists turning upper body/lower body R x 2 for counter rotation
- Seated spinal twist - extend spine & rotate neck, brace abdominal.muscles
- Lying spinal twist - stretch Pecs. Major and lumbar extensors.
Seated QL/Lat. /Hamstring/ adductor stretch
Kneeling Cat stretch
Cobra for improving flexibility of thoracic spine
Supine alternate nose to knee hug.
